What we capture here
At Monoxyleorix singers, bands, podcasters and producers work on demos, singles and releases meant for streaming. We listen to your references and schedule first, then choose microphones and routing, keeping control-room talk focused.
Mixing and mastering happen on site or remotely, with 2 revision rounds where included. Preparation and delivery tips live in our guides and on each service page.

Vocal recording

Three rooms, one crew
Our 28 m² live room sits next to a 6 m² vocal booth and a 14 m² control room. Daan handles live and vocal tracking, Iris finishes mixes and masters, Sophie coordinates scheduling and production.
Tram 13 and bus 22 are nearby; Tram 13 (Westerdok stop) and bus 22 (Haarlemmer Houttuinen stop) are within walking distance. From Amsterdam Centraal station it is about a twelve-minute walk via Haarlemmer Houttuinen and Grote Bickersstraat. No private parking; paid street parking or Q-Park Centrale Markt. Hours: Tue–Fri 10–19, Sat 10–17 — evening slots on request.

How do I hold studio time?
Message us via contact. We reply within 1 working day with a date proposal and quote. After acceptance and 40 % deposit the slot is confirmed.
What does an hour of vocals cost?
The vocal hourly rate is €95 incl. VAT with engineer included. Half and full days are on vocal recording.
How many musicians fit at once?
The live room works comfortably with up to 5 people playing together; larger setups need a prior chat.
Do you mix and master remotely?
Yes. Upload stems using our stem delivery guide; mastering follows once the mix is approved. See mixing and mastering.
When are you open?
Tuesday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00. Closed Monday and Sunday; evening sessions on request. Monday and Sunday closed unless we arrange an evening slot with you.
