This disclaimer applies to your use of monoxyleorix.digital and to informational text, rates and guides published by Monoxyleorix B.V. (Monoxyleorix). It supplements our legal notice and connects to the terms and conditions once you accept a quote and purchase studio services.

2. No professional or legal advice

Guides in the guides section — such as prepare for a vocal session, band recording budget, deliver mix stems — describe common practice in our rooms. They do not replace advice from a doctor (vocal health), tax adviser, entertainment lawyer or rights specialist.

For rights on masters and files, see mastering rights and files and article 11 of the terms; you remain responsible for your own contracts.

3. Rates on the site and availability

On services we show guide prices, for example €95 for vocal recording or €185 per song for mixing. Amounts include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise; business invoices may show net amounts.

Your written quote fixes price, date and scope. Unusual scope or material cost shifts may require an updated proposal before you book.

4. Recording and post-production outcomes

Quality depends on preparation, arrangement, performance, instruments and your feedback during mixing and mastering. Services include 2 revision rounds where described on the service pages; extra rounds are chargeable.

We do not promise playlist placement, sync deals or commercial success. Streaming normalisation and platform rules change; mastering export notes are practical guidance, not a guarantee that every service treats your file identically.

5. Site content and freshness

We maintain monoxyleorix.digital carefully but cannot rule out outdated passages or typos. Hours (Tue–Fri 10–19, Sat 10–17), directions (Tram 13 (Westerdok stop) and bus 22 (Haarlemmer Houttuinen stop) are within walking distance. From Amsterdam Centraal station it is about a twelve-minute walk via Haarlemmer Houttuinen and Grote Bickersstraat. No private parking; paid street parking or Q-Park Centrale Markt.) and team roles may change; we try to keep contact and about us current.

6. External links and embedded services

Links to third parties — maps, app stores — leave monoxyleorix.digital. We do not continuously review those sites and are not liable for their content, privacy or uptime.

The contact form uses FormSubmit; see the privacy policy for transfer to the US. Manage cookies via cookie settings; details are in the cookie policy.

7. Technical availability

Hosting with TransIP B.V. is professional, yet maintenance, outages or attacks may cause brief downtime. We are not liable for missed opportunities because the public site is temporarily unavailable, except where mandatory law says otherwise.

Client audio is shared through project channels agreed in your booking, not on public pages.

8. Liability

For non-contractual harm from browsing the site, our liability is limited to intent or deliberate recklessness, and for consumers to the extent permitted by law. Contractual liability for studio work is in the terms and conditions, especially article 12.

Indirect loss, lost profit or goodwill from reading the site alone is outside our responsibility, except where Dutch consumer law imposes mandatory rules.
