After written acceptance of the quote and receipt of 40 % deposit. Without deposit we hold the date for three working days at most.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card payment in the studio on session day. Business clients with a valid VAT ID may pay within 14 days after invoice.

Tuesday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–17:00. Closed Monday and Sunday; evening sessions on request. Evening slots outside these hours are on request and listed separately on your quote. Sunday and Monday are closed by default.

From 16 with your own consent. Younger guests book through a legal guardian who pays and stays for the session.

Up to 5 people at once in the 28 m² live room. Larger ensembles need extra setup time agreed upfront.

Bands usually bring guitars, bass and cymbals. Drums and amps are ready; details go on the quote. Vocalists need lyrics and references.

One or two visitors in control are fine. More people only after we agree, to keep focus and safety in the live room.

Extensions are possible if the next slot is free. Extra hours bill at the booked service hourly rate shown on your quote.

Smoking outside only; food and drinks in control, not in the booth. Respect neighbours and levels after 19:00 on evening slots.

WAV per track, 24-bit, 48 kHz by default unless your project differs. Delivery via download link or to your drive if you bring one.

24 months after the session on secured storage. Raw data is then deleted unless you book an extension.

2 revision rounds per song within the booked mix. Extra rounds bill hourly or per song as on mixing.

Yes. Send a mixdown without master limiting; we listen in the suite and return formats plus short export notes. See mastering.

After full payment, master rights to recordings made for your project are yours, as set out in terms and conditions. We claim no share in your work.

Yes, from your own material. Tagging us is optional; tell us if you livestream so we can avoid noise issues for neighbours.

No. We do not use client material to train machine-learning models and do not create voice clones without written consent.

Consumer rates on the site include 21 % VAT. On services you also see excl. VAT. Business invoices show VAT separately.

40 % of the quoted amount, at least one hour at the booked service rate. Balance before leaving (consumer) or within 14 days (business).

Free up to 7 days before start. Inside that window deposit may be forfeited or partly offset per terms and conditions.

Email as early as possible. With a medical note we aim for a new date within three months; otherwise cancellation rules apply.
